During your home-buying journey, I can connect you with these trusted partners—the mortgage consultants of Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC, the risk protection experts at Long & Foster Insurance, our home warranty providers, our Settlement Services, our Inspection Services, as well as our Moving company, and I will coordinate all the moving parts and make sure you are ready for the big day.
Once you have found a place to call home, I will use my knowledge of nearby homes that have sold and for how much to develop a custom analysis of the property before you make an offer. You will be able to see what comparable homes have sold for, look at sales trends in the area and get the numbers you need to make a competitive offer.
There is still a lot of work to complete after we have negotiated terms with the seller and have a signed (or ratified) contract. You can rest easy in knowing that I will walk you through the process all the way to settlement. Next up are important items like completing home, termite and radon inspections, coordinating necessary repairs, getting final appraisals, reviewing documents like the homeowners’ association by-laws and making sure we are ready for settlement with a final mortgage commitment from your lender.
